MART 125 Community House reimagines a historic space on Harlem’s iconic 125th Street as a dynamic cultural and economic hub. The project is designed to support micro businesses, preserve Harlem’s cultural heritage, and attract both residents and visitors through a unique blend of programs and experiences.

The Community House concept integrates entrepreneurship, culture, media, and hospitality into one building. Each level of MART 125 Community House offers a different program designed to activate the space throughout the day and evening while creating opportunities for local participation.

From business incubation to cultural exhibitions and creative media production, MART 125 Community House serves as a platform for innovation, storytelling, and community empowerment.

Fashion Museum of
Harlem
The second floor features the Fashion Museum of Harlem, a cultural space dedicated to celebrating the influence of Black culture on fashion and design. Through exhibitions, archives, and community storytelling, the museum preserves Harlem’s rich creative heritage.

Third Floor
Media Hub
The Media Hub provides professional podcast studios, creator training, and production facilities designed to support digital storytellers and media entrepreneurs. At its core is Studio A, a network-ready broadcasting studio built for live audience productions, interviews, talk shows, and high-quality digital programming.
